-- Contributed by: breezyDayan, it sounds like you really want to get on the squad.
Remember to have key skills like splits, and some basic tumbling but most importantly. . .try out with confidence and a winning smile!

-- Contributed by: Dayan MoralesThanks for visiting Ashlie. I think most cheerleaders feel that way. Keep practicing and if you feel like you really need something extra, try going to an All Star gym or take a tumbling class specifically for cheerleading. Those can help quite a bit.

-- Contributed by: ashlieYou're right in that a young squad can do hard stunts with proper safety training and spotting. The main focus of this particular article is about featuring easier stunts to help new squads get started. Since you guys have mastered this why not try Cheerleading Pyramids? Thanks for your input.
-- Contributed by: Valorie DelpHi! I'm a cheerleader. I'm the captain of our B-Team squad. I would like to say that we do A LOT harder stunts thatn those stunts! We do liberties, preps (that one is fairly simple), extensions, awesomes, and I've decided that my squad should try to work on some twist downs, and my co-captain gave me an idea to work on a liberty extension. I'm saying that just because we are young doesn't mean that we can't do harder stunts.
